Training Center
The AgriDOM DJI Academy is the first
agricultural drone training academy for unmanned DJI aircraft in the Republic of the Philippines. It is a
result of a fruitful business relationship between AgriDOM Solutions Corp (ASC) and
Da-Jiang Innovations (DJI),
AgriDOM Solutions Corp (ASC) is the first
franchisee of DJI Academy for Agriculture in the
Philippines. It is a professional Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) application training program provided
by Da-Jiang Innovations (DJI), the global leader in civilian
drones and aerial imaging technology.
In the Philippines, the AgriDOM DJI Academy
is located at the heart of Davao City, Mindanao. Mindanao is considered as the Fruit basket of the Philippines and is home to thousands of hectares planted
with Cavendish banana and pineapple.
The AgriDOM DJI Academy
is a Training Center filled with fully functional facilities which provides a comfortable learning environment for students who aspire to become future
Unmanned Aerial Vehicle
(UAV) pilots.
The AgriDOM DJI Academy provides indoor
training using a flight simulator to develop basic maneuvering skills before undergoing actual flight
demonstration. The training center also provides outdoor courses on a thirteen (13) acres of banana farm which
serves as a training ground for pilots to develop and enhance their piloting skills.
The Academy conducts
systematic training programs and our technical support services staff have
acquired the necessary expertise in
drone applications and training operations. We are the one and only recognized host of DJI Academy’s courses and certifications for Agricultural Drone
Operations in the Philippines.
We provide practical applications for
individuals and businesses interested in drone technology, specifically in the agricultural sector. This service allows
our trainees to achieve faster,
safer, more efficient
results in the agricultural sector.
AgriDOM DJI Academy also partnered with
Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), the government agency tasked to manage and
supervise technical education and skills development (TESD) in the Philippines. This partnership
enables the Academy to operate and officially recognized to conduct the said training and assessment
not only in Mindanao but all over Philippines
to ensure that Filipinos will get to know
and learn this new technology and skills and become prime movers of modernizing
the Agriculture sector.

Instructors
Jennifer Joy C. Subang
Jennifer is a former Management Information System and Procurement manager. She’s in the agricultural industry for 15 years and 20 years in the field of technology. Her experiences both in agriculture and technology prompted her to explore the use of drones for agriculture. She is one of the pioneers and first female to commercially introduce the drone technology in the Agriculture sector in the Philippines. She is the Co-founder and Chief of Operations (COO) of AgriDOM Solutions Corp. She has the corresponding credentials needed to manage the operation including certifications as a Trainor and Remotely Piloted Aircraft Controller (RPAS).
Reynaldo S. Montilla Jr., MIT
Rey acquired a master's degree in IT and has been working as an IT professional for more than 20 years. He used to work as an IT Engineer in Dubai and an MIS manager in one of the biggest banana producers in the Philippines. Currently, he’s the Information and Communication Technology manager of AgriDOM Solutions Corp. managing the technical team that handles the maintenance, repairs and updates of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipment. He also do aerial photography and videography using drone as a hobby.
